"Donna is a GEM. My dog and I drove all the way out to Shepherdsville just to check out this store because I had read so many wonderful things, and it did not disappoint. The selection of raw, freeze dried, and dry dog foods is unmatched and the service is amazing. Donna cares so deeply for all of her customers and their questions and issues and that was made very apparent as we talked for more than 2 hours while I bombarded her with questions about my dog's health. My dog and I also just moved to town from NYC and Donna supplied a vet recommendation that was unmatched! I cannot say enough good things about Richardson's! They will even deliver to Louisville but I still want to drive out to Shepherdsville just to chat with Donna again. Thank you, Donna!!"
